Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed & dispatched within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 

UK Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Shipping: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours & are shipped using Royal Mail's Tracked service.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to postal delays, which are beyond our control. 

 

International Shipping

EU Shipping: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, using Royal Mail's International shipping service.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary. Please contact us prior to purchase for more accurate times. 

Customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items if the incorrect shipping address was provided. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information, which you can then use to keep track of your orders journey through the postal system. 

 

Missing or Lost Items

If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us at cavemancomics21@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase & would like to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned to us in the same way it was shipped to you & you are responsible for the return postage. Return postage will not be refunded.
